For over 15 years, I have worked inside some of Southeast Asia’s most competitive growth environments — mobile gaming, OTT streaming, e-commerce, and FinTech. What I kept finding was the same problem in different clothes: companies spending on growth without the structural conditions and strategy for it to hold. That gap is where I work.

The story in brief
I started my career in finance and asset management, which gave me something most marketers lack: a deep instinct for how money moves through a business. When I moved into digital marketing, I brought that commercial lens with me.
At Zalora, Viu, Hooq, and Storms, I built and led growth functions, not just as a channel manager, but as someone responsible for the full picture, from acquisition economics to retention infrastructure to the data systems that made decisions possible. At Brainlabs, I applied that thinking across a portfolio of FinTech, Education, Mobile Gaming, IT, Pharmaceutical, Finance and Property clients, consistently translating it into measurable outcomes.
Today, I work as an independent consultant helping companies at the scaling inflexion point: where growth complexity has started to exceed organisational structure. My role is to diagnose what is actually constraining growth and build the conditions for it to compound.

Beyond the work
I train regularly (strength and boxing), which shapes how I think about discipline and progressive improvement in everything I do. I take wine seriously enough to hold a WSET Level 2 certification, and I taught digital marketing at General Assembly in 2020, which taught me more about simplifying complex ideas than any client work ever did.
